The newly elected Newton Upper Falls Area Council will be holding a public meeting on Sunday, February 12 at 3pm at the Emerson Community Center to hear a presentation about the Upper Falls Greenway and to solicit community feedback.  Representatives from various city departments will be there to answer (or take home) questions as well.
